Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AIVizPilot's platform, website, APIs, or any other services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

AIVizPilot provides an AI-powered data analytics and visualization platform that allows users to connect data sources, create dashboards, generate insights using natural language queries, and collaborate with teams. The Service includes all features, tools, APIs, and support provided by AIVizPilot.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account

4. Subscription & Billing

Our paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for annual plans
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• Unpaid accounts may be suspended after a 7-day grace period

5. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload, connect, or create using the Service (“Your Data”). By using the Service, you grant AIVizPilot a limited license to process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

• We do not access Your Data except to provide the Service or as directed by you
• We do not use Your Data to train AI models shared across customers
• You can export Your Data at any time via the dashboard or API
• Upon account termination, Your Data will be deleted within 30 days

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to compete directly with AIVizPilot
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, documentation, and branding, is owned by AIVizPilot and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use AIVizPilot's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

8. Service Availability & SLA

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all paid plans. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Enterprise customers are covered by a separate Service Level Agreement with specific uptime guarantees and remedies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIVizPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
